Martha’s chapbook, Between Us, was published by Ginninderra Press in 2019. She was shortlisted for Emerging Older Voices in Queensland, 2021. Her first single collection, like scavenger birds, was published by ICOE press, June 2023. Her poetry appears in anthologies and journals in the UK, US, Australia, and South Africa. Martha is presently working on a new project and will share some of these poems too. She started writing when living in Townsville, Queensland in 2012 and moved to Adelaide in December 2015 where she is a member of Friendly Street Poets (FSP) as well as the Ochre Coast Poets’ critique group. Together with Ivan Rehorek (Avalanche), she is co-editor of the FSP’s next anthology.
