Decolonisation is actually a journey of rehumanisation. Dr Rosemary Dewerse will reflect upon three things that she has been learning in this regard from significant friendships with five Indigenous leaders that deal to the temptation to talk over, do for, and jump in.

Rosemary has so far walked a thirty-year journey with Māori leaders in Aotearoa New Zealand, and, more recently, with Aboriginal leaders in South Australia (particularly Aunty Denise Champion and Uncle Ken Sumner). She is the Academic Dean at UCLT (a college of the University of Divinity).
